How do I place an order?
Once your dealership application is approved, you sign in to the NF Plus app and order from the catalogue. You can browse products on this website and complete the order in the app.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is £250. Delivery is free on orders above this amount.
When is delivery made?
Orders placed before the daily cut-off are usually delivered the next working day, depending on your region. Your account representative confirms your delivery day.
How can I see prices?
Wholesale prices are specific to your account and are shown after you sign in to the NF Plus app. Some prices may be defined specifically for your business.
How do I apply to become a dealer?
Just submit your business details through the “Dealership application” button on the site. Our team reviews your application and activates your account as quickly as possible.
What are the return and cancellation terms?
Damaged or incorrect products are exchanged or refunded when reported within 48 hours of delivery. Details are set out in our Cancellation & Returns policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Depending on the payment terms defined for your account, we accept bank transfer and card payments. For credit accounts, your payment plan is agreed with your representative.
