Subject of the agreement This agreement governs the terms for the wholesale purchase and resale of NF Plus products by the approved dealer (the “Customer”). 2. Application and approval The dealer relationship begins once the application is assessed and approved by NF Plus. NF Plus reserves the right to reject an application without giving a reason. 3. Orders and payment Orders are placed through the NF Plus app or the designated channels. Prices are specific to the dealer. The minimum order value is £250, and payment terms are set on a per-account basis. 4. Delivery and ownership Ownership of the products remains with NF Plus until the full price is paid. Delivery is made to the approved address; damage and shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 5. Dealer's obligations The dealer is obliged to store the products in appropriate conditions, not to harm brand reputation, and to act in accordance with applicable legislation. 6. Term and termination The agreement remains in force unless terminated by one of the parties. In the event of a breach of obligations, NF Plus may unilaterally terminate the agreement.
